The reason we liked it was beautiful staff and location. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Moreover, there was free parking🙂
Communication was challenging, wi-fi signal was very weak. Maybe the street, it was noisy.

Bahari pizza restaurant, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. The service was exceptional, no complaints whatsoever...

The location was beautiful there. Taste the food in Fadhil Restaurant, you only need to walk 300 metres to reach it. Handmade furniture in the room. Even the Kisauni airport was not so far.
